2. Services

We offer one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and digital resources designed to reduce stress and enhance mental resilience.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration and adhere to all session guidelines. Respectful behavior towards coaches and other participants is mandatory.

4. Payment

All fees are due in advance. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer as specified on our site.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchased service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify:

• Services must not exceed two sessions or seven days.
• Requests made after 14 days of purchase are not eligible.
• Refunds exclude any third-party transaction fees.
• Services delivered beyond agreed scope are non-refundable.

To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our contact form. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.
